Hello, I just bought a singer 111G156 and am going to pick it up tomorrow. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to remove the head and what tools I should take with me to remove from the table to transport. Thanks, Ken

All the industrial machines I have seen you just tilt the head back on it’s hinges, disconnect the belt by hand and lift it off the hinges. Normally the hinges have pins in the that index into the head. Shouldn’t need tools.

Yep what @Revv Up said. Just make sure you have something to set the head on and protect it. I like to use a piece of wood and some foam.
