how can i remove it! I have googled it several different ways I can't find anything nor can the customer .

You probably have already opened the doors just behind the backrest, to see if there is mounting screws or bolts that go in from behind.

Had a Nitro in a while back, you had to remove some panels inside the hatches to find the fastners holding the seat back.
