Had a bit of a disaster with a leather tuck and roll cover for a bench seat. I have 12 pleats 90mm wide. That part worked out great (thanks John), but I’ve completely stuffed up the sewing of a flat panel on to the end. After several attempts to fix it, my 12th pleat now has lots of very visible holes.
I think the only solution is to cut out that pleat and add a new one, but I’m not sure how to do it so that it looks ok.
Any suggestions?

It’s ok. I managed to add a bit by sewing over the original line. Looks good but a bit of a drama
