i have a problem ,4
I have a gravely lawn mower someone dropped off and rats have ate the foam out of the seat.
Material is still in one piece, How do i get the shape of the foam? That once was!

@Rhonda , I thought aboutthis overnight and if they can buy a new seat get them to do it. John has done a great job of foam shaping in his videos you just need to make sure your are ready for the extreme mess and bill extra for time and contact cement, extra foam etc...

@Rhonda Foam had to be not only repaired but the seat foam had to be modified in order to get vinyl on it.

@BigRig Yes I have done one of these it has to have seams , original was molded.
i just have issues how to cut the foam and at what angles , i know i have to shave it down with my handy dandy lid with holes drilled in it. to shape it.

i dont have a physical pattern of the foam i have the old cover i was going to use the old cover as a pattern , if i do i have to put the foam back the way it was..
I was wanting to make it look original , time is standing in my way for that i think.
