It was like losing my best friend..The only upholstery supply in town has closed. It was open for over sixty years and only an hour round trip for me. Now I will either have to make a 250 mile one 1 way trip to OKC or have stuff shipped.
How do you all handle time or shipping for your supplies? This will surely cause me and lots of other shops to raise prices quite a bit. I am not a high volume shop so I normally just purchase what I need for each job and not keep lots of vinyl around.

Trivantage shipping is really pretty fast here in the Midwest. Costs a fortune if you don't join their "club", but for like $250/year you get flat rate shipping on all orders and pays for itself in no time

@LLeeT , the longest wait is around 05 days for me and it will now reflect in your customers pricing. I advise you to order samples before you buy.

Thanks Big Rig, I sent Rushin Upholstery an email about the closing of my local supplier and got a response back that they had heard that there is a new supplier coming to Tulsa. That would be great. Wait and see and keeping my fingers crossed.

Rushin used to have a store here in Tulsa, but things didn't work out. I have ordered from their store in Little Rock. Does Rushing cut foam to sizes needed?
