Hi all this is my first post, understand this might might be the right place for this post but I going to give it a shot, let me know if it's not the right area...

The customer said:

"Thank you Andrew! I took the bottom off to try to change the tilt mechanism myself. I thought that is why the entire chair is tilting to right. But I was unable to separate the mechanism from the wheel portion."

I was just wondering if anybody knew what type of chair this was and where I could get parts? Thank you!
