Hey guys, trying my hand at making door panel inserts. I'm wrapping my diamond pleat leather around my 1/8" ABS, and the corners all turned out great except for this one. Believe it or not, the ABS is slightly rounded off here, but not by much. How would you to avoid this problem?

It takes patience and practice to do sharp corners. Cut a small tail straight out from the corner leaving just enough material to cover around the edge of board when its warped. cut a little less than a 90 degree pie section out on both sides of the tail. Stretch the tail over and staple it. Then stretch the other side around as staple. Try to get it so the leather isn't over lapping so you don't have a lot of build up.

Hope that helps
