Looks like you're on the right track and learning a lot about your machine. 
I strongly suggest you watch the videos I mentioned in my earlier post. Section 8 of (Consew 206RB 5 maintenance video part 1) on YouTube will show you how to correct the clearance between your shuttle hook and needle. They do a complete step by step instruction and actually adjust it on video to demonstrate. I watched the video you posted and it doesn’t explain nearly as well as the one I suggest. These are amazing explanations and a full maintenance of your machine. If you watch them you won’t even need to have a professional fix your problem. I used them to do a complete tuneup of my machine.
