@John If the hand stapler you have accepts the 9mm crown width it should work.

Got one a few months ago. Did a whole pontoon seating with it and worked great for me.

I've had a BeA for years, 1/2 crown. A couple of years ago I was doing a seat that the short nose would not work. I picked up a Fasco long nose 3/8 crown (71). It's my go to gun, the old short nose is collecting dust.

I just ordered this one, but I am trying to source staples as some of the others have said.

What do I look for? I am at this part of the series in the videos. Planing on building some door panels over Memorial Day vacation. What size is the most standard? I know on the video you said 1/8" are hard to come by.

I found 1/8" on Amazon. Not sure if these are right or not?

Thanks,

Root

@Roothawg You purchased a fantastic stapler that will last your lifetime! The staples you found on amazon will work great for automotive door panels. You can also purchase staples form albrights supply for a good price as well.

Your stapler takes 3/8 crown staples. Galvanized works fine on anything automotive and furniture. On outdoor conditions like boats you'll want to get stainless staples. More expensive but worth it!
