Early 50's GM arm rests

Anyone come across a 49-51 Buick three piece sewn arm rest cover. I know I should have taken pics and will when I see it again but it's a three piece arm rest cover which is three colors, sewn together. It's held in place on the arm rest form by a chrome piece with piercing ends on the outside and a metal bracket screwed onto the arm rest form on the botton/back.
There wasn't enough left or in any shape to really make a pattern and it's really tough to pattern out as the one piece meets the larger piece in about the middle.
One original staple into some hard rubber molded into the form. Otherwise no adhesive or other staples used on the original unit. My buddy wants it to look like the OE unit even though it's being street rodded.
I have sewn up three trial pieces and am getting close but it's a rough go for such a small item. Pretty tight radius on the smallest inner piece also.
Thanks, Ron H

Hey Ron! I'm having trouble visualizing what your asking. Can you post pictures of the arm rest you have uncovered and also pictures of your trial pieces?

I'll have to go up to my friends place and take the pics. I'll post them after I take them. It's an interesting arm rest for sure.
