This would be my first time attempt to make a custom door panel I wanted to know if I could do this with jus a router and router table, I plan to make them out of all wood, suggestions on what kind of would cost effective if possible, what other tools would be needed to make door panels like the one in the picture with curves n three d shapes

These are mostly a router builds with panel board and lightweight (or standard) MDF. Check out CAF (car audio fabrication) on YouTube for demos on building different types of 3D panels. Also check out mobile solutions for router bits/templates.

Thanks, what about adding lighting, where would I go to get the trim light for panels and consoles?
