Yardage and Pricing for a Toyota Coastal Bus.

I had a call from a potential customer for recovering of a Toyota Coastal bus 29 - 30 seater. I haven't done such work before. I mean working on a bus with many seats.
And the work isn't at the shop yet.
Just need help from experience if I can calculate rough estimates for the materials to be used?
On the pricing,how reasonable would this type of work cost?
Any help would be appreciated.

How fast are you? This would be a make one pattern copy, sew and install. If you can work fast you should be ok with this job if you cant you are going to work for next to nothing. Nobody can help you with estimates unless we know where you are located.

I thought you were in Africa. I know a lot of vinyls are made in mumbai. I have used them and have had no complaints. I would be looking at 40 oz vinyl myself for a bus. What is the price per yard for material there? I want to be honest and make sure you do not dig yourself into a hole. I see a lot of great work on here but in order to make a profit you have to match skills with speed or be charging a lot of $ @ John right?
