Hi, When I took off a seat cover on an older truck it does not have padded foam glued to the back side on any of the pieces- should all seat covers be assembled with padded foam?

not all have it , with it being an older vehicle the foam is probably broke down so adding foam to the backing would add comfort and be a fuller look . making it look a lot better.
