Here is the dilemma, I have my box cut out for my console insert top and now it is ready to sew.

-Do I sew my boxing together that wraps around the console then sew it onto the console cover

- Do I sew my boxing around the console cover and when the ends meet sew the ends together then?

If I'm understanding you correctly you'll want to sew the boxing together first. Then sew it to your top piece. Just make sure your boxing it the right size and follow your alignment marks.
