Random bottom stich loops?

Hi all. I'm new the the form as well with sewing. I did a search before this post and didn't find anything specific. So I bought a Consew 1206RB and have been doing a bunch of stitching in canvas with 92 thread. After a pretty long run say 3 or 4 feet I get some loops on the bottom then it turns out good again. I played with tension on both bobbin and upper. Seems to keep happening. I do some small test strips first and comes out good. Something easy I'm missing here? Thank you

Triple check thread path and make sure you're not resting your knee on the knee lifter

I noticed that you referenced a video by The Thoughtful Woodworker, he has videos talking about dialing in machines. They might not cover your actual machine but they are all based on the same principals. Also as stated by another, it sounds like it's a threading issue but don't rule out the machine too. Check everything. Variable speeds can cause issues too as well as how you are feeding the material - consistency helps both in sewing and woodworking!
