Hi,

I want to sell my campervan but the drivers seat has a very typical worn area. The foam cushion is almost all okay. I can remove the seat cover and unpick the stiitching in the worn area an use that as a template to cut out new material and sew them in. I have found material that is almost identical to the original seat cover texture but it is quite thin. It is not earily torn as i tried but just thin. This material is called Spunbond I believe. See images. I will have to try and dye one new section grey if possible

My question is, what can I stick\sew to the back of the material to firm\stiffen it up and also what adhesive would be best if adhesive is suitable?

Thanks
